On March 28, 2024, the Blackjack Wing held our Third Quarter All Call. Every Quarter, we recognize one cadet who has stood above the rest in academics, character, dedication, and much more. C/TSgt Hwan Yoon exceeded all those criteria and was named Cadet of the Quarter for the 3rd Quarter. Many promotions and our annual Change of Command were handed out leading into our new year. Congratulations to C/Maj Stephanie Cespedes-Zavaleta on becoming the New Corps Commander of the Blackjack Wing for 2024-2025!! Congratulations to our new Command Staff, Officers, and NCOs.
